Hardin County has four recycling centers. Items that can be recycled include: newsprint, aluminum, cardboard and plastic 1-7. The Vine Grove trailer is located on South Mill Street (map). The Elizabethtown trailer is located at 2522 Ring Road behind Central Hardin Fire Station (map) The Stephensburg trailer is located at Highway 62 and Eastview Road (map) and the Rineyville trailer is located at the ball park.
