Delinquent 911 Fee Information

May 31, 2023 By Crystal Leo

In 2018 Hardin County adopted a 911 fee for all occupied property units in the county as a method to pay for 911 service. This fee applies to tax exempt organizations such as churches and nonprofits as well as businesses and individuals. This fee is due by December 31 each year, and is included with your property tax bill as a convenience. The Hardin County Attorney mailed notices for delinquent 911 fees on May 10, 2023. Delinquent 911 fees can be paid by check to the Hardin County Treasurer, PO Box 568, Elizabethtown, KY 42702 (make sure to list your property Map ID). Payment arrangements can also be made by contacting Hardin County E911 at (270) 737-0540.
