Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

The Hardin County EMS is an Advanced Life Support service that staffs full- and part-time paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs). EMS operates a fleet of 14 ambulances and an emergency response vehicle.

Where can I find more information on PulsePoint?

  • PulsePoint is an app that is integrated in the county’s 911 system and alerts CPR-trained bystanders in the immediate vicinity of a cardiac emergency, so they can get to the scene and start CPR in the critical minutes before EMS teams arrive.
