How does the Emergency Management Department communicate with the public during a disaster?

  • EMD uses the Citizen Notification System Rave to provide citizens with critical information quickly in a variety of situations such as road closures, missing persons, post-disaster information, hazardous material spills and evacuation of buildings or neighborhoods.
