Public Library

The Hardin County Public Library serves the community by providing reading materials, movies, music, digital materials and audiobooks to cardholders. They also offer computer skills training, job search information, low-cost fax, copier and printing support, community education and special programs for children, teens and adults.

FAQ

How do I get a library card?

  • Register in person at either library branch. If you live, own property, work or go to school in Hardin County, the card is free. Otherwise there is an annual fee. To register, present a valid ID, such as a driver’s license, military ID or passport.
